Fast forward flight
Fast Forward Flight (or "FFF") is similar to forward flight, except that it's done at a more rapid rate. RC helicopter pilots generally make a distinction between forward flight and fast forward flight because a helicopter behaves differently when moving at different speeds. As a helicopter's forward speed through the air increases, the lift generated by its rotor disc becomes more uneven. This can sometimes cause an RC helicopter to make unexpected pitch or roll changes and requires the pilot to be compensate.
