Fixed wing

Fixed wing aircraft are any aircraft that do not use a rotating wing (or rotor) to generate lift. Usually called airplanes, fixed wing models are sometimes referred to as planks by jovial helicopter pilots.
Helicopters are a class of rotary wing aircraft or rotorcraft.
